By visiting limix.online or using any services provided by Limix, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Limix provides AI automation, workflow automation, IT support, and related technology solutions to small and medium businesses. All project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon in writing for each project. For retainer plans, payment is due monthly in advance. Limix reserves the right to pause work if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, code, and assets developed specifically for a client project become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Limix retains the right to use anonymised case studies and project descriptions for marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Limix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. For project-based work, cancellation terms are specified in the project agreement.
