Done-For-You Packages

For one-time project packages, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order and before any work has begun. Once work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

Monthly Retainer Plans

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice to avoid future charges.

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we will revise it at no additional cost until it meets the agreed specifications. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.
